ERS is owned and operated by Patrick Boldry. Patrick brings more than twelve years of knowledge and experience in residential construction and rehab in the Paducah, Kentucky area. An expert in energy code compliance guidelines, Patrick is HERS Certified to conduct structural energy analysis. He is also keenly aware of how to achieve compliance to the EPA and DOE’s ENERGY STAR Ratings. In addition, as an experienced contractor Patrick can arrange for actual construction or repair of structures needing energy efficiency improvements.
